Intellectual Cowardice
It’s easier to resort to labels than to provide a robust response to an argument’s premise.
Using terms like “Ruckmanism,” “Cultist,” “Heretic,” etc., BEFORE considering the argument (Prov. 18:13) is intellectually dishonest. It dismisses the claim outright to discredit subsequent points instead of giving a fair hearing and examining the evidence.
This is unchristian, unbiblical, and disingenuous.
If the only method to demonstrate someone’s mistake is through a label instead of a logical and Biblical counter, then that exposes the flaw in your reasoning.
