When the Lord Jesus Christ asked, “Who touched me?”, He did not inquire out of ignorance, but to draw out faith and conviction. Divine questioning helps us look beyond surface appearances, encouraging the sinner to honestly reflect on themselves. When faced with the Lord’s caring and thorough gaze, the healed woman humbly bowed before Him, filled with awe and trembling, openly telling her entire story. Unlike those who avoid or resist divine scrutiny, the ideal biblical response to God’s gentle probing is to be completely open, make a heartfelt confession, and surrender personally. This beautiful openness brings the woman peace and complete healing.
Jesus responded with:
(Mar 5:34) And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
